Tier 2 visa transfer from Company A to B

Hi,

My Tier 2 intra-company transfer visa was issued in 2010 through company A and is valid until 2012.
.I have travelled to UK on a Tier 2 Intra-transfer visa (Company A) in year 2010 and returned back to India on the same year.
Now I have resigned company A and joined company B.

Will the Tier 2 (ICT) visa of Company A is still valid in Company B?
Or will it get cancelled?
Or, Should company B provide any documents to UK Home office to make my visa still valid.

It is not valid for company B. You need a new certificate of sponsorship and to apply again. You cannot work in the UK except for company A on your current ICT visa. If you are not in the UK you cannot travel to the UK on your current visa.
