Help SET (M )form

Hi all
I am filling the SET M form to apply in person this coming July at Croydon enquiry office
In Section 10 page 15 question 10B :

If you are applying in this category, you must provide the following in addition to the relevant document specified in 10A.
If you are applying as a spouse civil partner but your existing leave to enter or remain in the UK was granted as an unmarried or same-sex partner, in addition to the relevant documents in 10A you must provide the following docu¬ments. Tick the relevant boxes to show what documents you are providing. They must be originals. You should photocopy each of these documents and provide copies in addition to the originals. You should also provide passport/s along with photocopies of any pages that contain personal details, visas or immigration stamps (foreign or UK).

1...Your Marriage or Civil partnership certificate

2...If you have been married or in a civil partnership before, document(s) showing that you were free to form a marriage or civil partnership with your present partner (see Note 9). List any such documents below.

i got married in the uk in 2009 after applying for a COA . then went to my country of origin and applied for a dependent spouse visa wich was granted .
i have a previous divorce (2008) in the uk with my ex wife.
Am i supposed to provide my divorce document with the SET M application .?????
(i don’t have a decree absolute , they must have taken it at the register office when i married my current wife)
