TWES>TURKISH ECAA>WP

Hi everyone,

I used to hold TWES between july 2003-04 for one year. after that i got Turkish ECAA. And i am planning to switch it to WP.

What i know is HO dont allow people switch it from TWES to WP.

can my old TWES affect my new WP application.

And i havent left the UK for 1 year..

the application of WP; can i do in in-country? or do i need to do in home country?

Hi Cenk,

To get a WP you need to find a job where your new employers will get you a WP. All WPs are applied for by the employer not you. They pay for the visa not you. Once you have found a company willing to get you a visa you must remember that the visa is only for that job. If you want to change jobs you need to get your new employers to apply for another visa.
