Error when trying to read the last post

I have been encountering a strange error occasionally.

To take an example (this happens right now, may not after some time when additional posts have been made!):
1. Go to: Immigrationboards.com Forum Index -> Other countries
2. For the sticky thread Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI)
3. Click on last post, or page 54

You will encounter an error, with a message "No posts exist for this topic"

I wonder if this has to do with an index not getting set correctly.

The workaround is to click on the previous page, i.e. 53 in this example, and continue reading the posts.

Would appreciate if admins could look into it. Thanks
