Tier 1(General) - Late Entry by 15 months and dependent visa

Post by TaniaG » Thu Jul 07, 2011 10:30 pm

I have a tier 1 (General) visa approved from June 4, 2010 till June 4, 2012. I have visited UK number of times before on the Tier 1 visa, first entry date being 27 June 2010 . I now received a permanent job offer and considering entering UK on a permanent basis.

1. If I score enough point for the extension of this permit, will I still faces issues in extension as I am entering permanently in UK late by 14 months from the Valid from date in the Tier 1 Visa issued ?

2. Can I apply for my dependent visa from my present country of residence (Switzerland) before entering UK myself, so that I can travel as a family together ?

3. Can I show my Swiss income in CHF without any upliftment but converting in GBP as part of the 12 months income while applying for extension application ?

Thank you,
