HSMP Processing Time

First of all I would like to thanks for the forum. Thanks for all members for submitting accurate, time to time news regarding immigration.

It seems HSMP getting late for the processing time. According to the web site it says 4-14 weeks for the processing time. I heard there is huge applications to process in the queue.

here they update the month of the processing applications.

I've applied HSMP 5th April. still I didn't get any reply from them. Even I didn't go to the Bio-matrices or I didn't receive acknowledgement letter from them. Can any body tell me why I didn't get any reply from them. Is that because of the delay or is there any postal issue.

Can I call them and get any feed back regarding my application.
