Biometric resident query

Hello all .... I applied for Tier 1 extension for me , my wife and 2 kids... however i recieved all of ours passports and approval letters on friday and today i recieved biometric resident permit card for all of us except for my wife... when i called UKBA they said to call if not recieved within 10 days... is it possible that Permit cards can come seperately... Thanx in advance
