How frequently SOC salary range change

Hi,
I am currently in WP and will be eligible for ILR in 2013. My job title and job task is match in one of the
Occupation Codes however my salary just bellow the minimum. I am hoping with the yearly increment I will earn above the minimum rate by 2013. So my worries will UKBA, will change the salary range by then?
