Retired and want to spend 2 years in UK

I have a Finnish PP and my wife has a South African PP. We are retired and want to stay in the UK for 2 years perhaps more to explore the country.
Wife has GBP 100 000.00 in cash. So not a burden. Our kids live in the UK permanently.
How will this effect my wife? Does she have to do all the tests and all? We have been married for 32 years.

Do you receive a pension?

If you are retired, you as a EU national can reside in the UK as long as you want assuming your don't become unreasonable burden on public funds. Your wife can also live in the UK with you. There are no test needed (this is required for partners of British national not EU). She will initially need to apply for a family permit and once in the UK for a Residence Card. It's not required to apply for such documents as her right to reside in the UK is based on your marriage. However this is advisable to apply for it. The applications are free of charge.

Yes I do receive a pension. I see my wife must get an EEU Family Permit only for entry with me.
