X entry Visa.

Can I travel to India with one way ticket. I have X entry visa valid for 6 months.

You can travel to India, but you will get asked at border/passport control how long do you wish to stay and when do you plan to leave.

If you leave before the visa expires, then it should not be an issue. If you overstay, then you might have problems getting further visas to India.
