spouse visa payment in jamaica

does anyone know how else my husband can pay for the visa appliation apart from online with a mastercard?

the visa site says only a visa or mastercard credit card

I was wondering the same thing because I am planning to submit in Kingston as soon as my income improves. Having spoken to people who have submitted recently, it seems this is the only way. I ordered a pre-pay credit card from Orange for this purpose, you might have to do this if you dont have a credit card.
