reentry Ques Tier 2 ICT visa that contains MULtiple entry

visa type:tier 2 ICT MULtiple entry
visa valid upto 2014.

there is a chances of going out of uk in october.

my question is, whether i can re-entry to uk with the same visa in jan or march 2012. although company is same but going to work with different client that means it is different from my PBS is it possible?
