ILR - Dependent and Main applicant Query

Hi,

A) Might be Odd to ask this before my ILR pass thru.But need to clarify the following.

I am currently applying for ILR from T2. But my wife is dependent of T2 and we are not applying ILR for her now.

1. How long can she be in T2 dependent until we apply for the ILR?

2. If she has to take a Settlement Visa for ILR main applicant's dependent, within how many days we have to apply it?

3. Can she travel back to India with T2 Dependent Visa when my ILR application went thru fine?

B) For my ILR application from T2 as a main applicant, how long the employment letter is valid before the date of application?

Say if i am applying by premium by 10th Aug, can the employment letter within a month, i.e Juz after 10th July is acceptable?
