Need info on my ILR query - Please Help

Hello, i will be eligible for ILR by the end of September. but i've a quick query. can you please help me?

i came in WP with sponsor A in October 2006. My Visa validity with Sponsor A was valid till October 2008. However, i changed company. i went to india in Jan 2008, came back to UK again in Feb 2008 with a different WP/ICT and with a new sponsor B. Now when i apply for ILR in October 2011, will there be any problem?

do i need to check anything if my visa sponsored by company A is not cancelled before i re-entered UK with sponsor B? There is a gap of 35 days between the employer switch. do i need to check if my old visa is cancelled before this? even though i entered again in a valid Visa? will it affect my total days of stay in UK calculations?

i qualify for all other rules, but wanted to check only on this. Any info on this will be a great help.

When you get a new visa, which in your case is WP/ICT since Feb 2008, your old visa should automatically become void. You need not to worry. 35 days out of country should not be a problem. However, you have to show the HO proof that you have worked for the old WP sponsor which could be in the form of a letter from the old sponsor, wageslips, P60s etc.

Thanks for your reply. I went to india and got the new Visa stamped. hope that is not an issue.
