British overseas to british citizenship

I have British Overseas Passport issued in India. My year of birth is 1949. I got british overseas passport based on immigration act 1971 (by descent from father). I have few queries:-

1) Can I work here in UK based on my british overseas passport?

2) Can I apply for british citizenship (british passport)? I never had any other passport.

3) Which application form I need to use for british passport application?

2) You also have an Indian passport with ILR via marriage to a British citizen?

Naturalisation may be possible.

Sorry, "I" here means my auntie. My previous post was for me and I have Indian passport with ILR. This post is for my auntie. I just mentioned "I" to keep it simple.
