Appeal against settlement visa refusal

I applied for my wife visa as settlement and that was reject becasue of some documents and stupid reasons.

I have appeal against the decesion and just received the confirmation that they have received my request and will let me know sometime in december when will be hearing.

Does anyone know how long does it really take ? and when shd i expect my wife will get visa?

This is really annoying and would appreciate all honest advice and response.

Is there anyway to speed up the process?

You should post the exact refusal wording from the ECO so that others can help. ´some documents and stupid reasons´ doesn´t tell us much.

i sent the appeal request to Loughborough and received the reply that Tribunal will write to you after 6 December, 2011. My Appeal was lodged on 14th July 2011.

There was quite a few reason as i didnt included my personal chats, i had my bank statments on my sister address however i own a flat and i attached property document of that flat so they made it issue.
I was with her and working overseas in offshore office with the team so they created issue that why i am there.
Last no least, why i applied for settlement visa for my wife after 7 months marriage.
