Tribunal appeal hearing

Post by EMC200 » Tue Aug 16, 2011 8:40 pm

My nieces dependant Visa was refused. I lodged an appeal. After spending so much money on solicitors to do the application and to apply for the appeal I am not using them to represent me on the hearing. Anyone out there represented themselves on a an appeal hearing? and any advice?

What was the appeal against. was it an EEA appeal or was it under the immigration rules. what was or were the reason for refusal.
