i am british citizen live in germany i am mareed to iraqi national and we have 1 baby i am working in germany and my wife and my baby live in iraq how can i bring them to germany thank you for any help

I think the idea of giving that link was to read it and change the title of your topic to something more sensible...

Have a look into Directive 2004/38/EC, e.g. read this guide. Your family will need a Schengen visa for entry. It should be for free and you should need minimal documentation (marriage certificate and probably work related information). Make sure that they understand that you are applying under the Freizügigkeitsgesetz/EU.

The German embassy in Bagdad seems to have limited services at the moment and they suggest to use either Ankara or Amman. Maybe, if that is more convenient to you, it would be possible to argue that you would be applying under the free movement directive and thus should receive service there.

1-i am EU citizens

2-i am working in germany for over 3 mounth now

3-i can get rent accommodation any time

4-i do have german bank acount so i can show about €4,000 in my acount
