Hi, the 2 refusal points during second time are
1) Food coupons are paid to employee but no evidence of coupons - Documentation provided : Employer letter states the provision of coupons as benefits and offer letter states so and both were submitted. So we will be submitted the actual coupons to justify this.
2) Probabtion offer start date is different from Trainee offer date - Documentation provided: We submitted two offer letters having the probation period and trainee period. Eventually probabtion will have a different start date which is start of probabtion and trainee offer will have a different start date. So HR has given a letter that this is the different period.
My brother is 24 years and has just started working. I believe the Immigration is doubtful that he might not return. We have provided enough documentation about his education, work everything but it is rejected. Is appealing after 2 rejections a risk / drawbacks for his future ? Please advice on appeal process and challenges.
