Tier 1 depdents applications not processed at the same time

Hi,

Tier-1 dependent applications are submitted for my wife and daughter a week ago. My wife received her passport with visa and all the supporting documents today including my daughter birth certificate, bank statements to show the funds but my daughters application status in VFS UK website still shows as "Application in Progress" . We still haven't received my daughter's passport. I really don't understand what processing can be done for an infant by returning all the supporting documents.

Is it normal that two passports are dispatched on different dates though the applications are submitted on the same day?

Any one experienced similar situation? Please advice.

We received child passport after two days through different post.
