LESS THAN 6 PAYSLIPS (from PSW to Tier 2 General)

Post by soton » Sun Aug 21, 2011 4:30 pm

Hello all,
(Firstly, I am on PSW visa) I will have max of 4 payslips until the expiry date of my certificate of sponsorhip (CoS). If I provide 4 payslips + my contract (3 years) will that be ok?

the problem is this position was advertised in Jan 2011 and I was employed in Jun 2011. my sponsor is a UK university. They say I have to apply before october, but I will have payslips less than 6.

If you suggest me to apply via "completion of labor market test" I cannot provide at least £800 in the past 90 days period (sometimes it was below £800)

has anyone got any idea? is that ok to provide 4 payslips + contract?

thanks

If you're claiming points by 'Completion of Labour Market Test' your payslips would be irrelevant and it would be applied as if you would be a fresh appointment.

You'd have to confirm about the validity of the Labour Market Test. If you were appointed in June 2011, when was the Certificate of Sponsorship issued. Or is it still to be issued?

As far as the maintainance is concerned, your University can 'tick' the section on CoS where it would certify to ensure your maintainance for your first month. Most universities do it for their employees as it eases the visa process, and if they are actually needed to pay any maintainance, they'd deduct it from your pay.

Hope it helps?
