Refusal of eea 2

Post by h r hamidi » Tue Aug 23, 2011 3:06 am

Hello every one I am a non EEA and I have been married with EEA Dutch citizen. In Mar 2011 I applied for RC on EEA2 application forms and I got the COA after a month in Apr 2011 in which that was stated I can live and work another 6 months, but unfortunately in middle of Aug 2011 I got Rafusal letter.
UKBA stated in refusal letter we are not satisified with your (wife's EEA) employer contract letter, we need some more evidance to prove that your (wife EEA) is exercising treaty rights in uk.

Instead of appeal I re-applied new application with my old applications's reference number which I had gotten from UKBA. I enclosed some more doucments to prove that she is exercising treaty rights in UK. My question is that

WILL MY APPLICATION NOW TAKE THE SAME TIME PROCESS LIKE NEW ONE?

or it will not take long time because I have already UKBA reference number and my case was refused because of few evidance which I have enclosed with new application.

It is my frist time in this website so I really appreciate your help and pls do not ignore me. thanx
