hello every one,

I applied for uk and I was refused and again I applied for appeal on 27th june and they received my appeal on 2nd july. I find more on internet about time duration on appeal. It was not point based refusal and I applied for paper based appeal. How long will it take to decide whether my appeal has been approved or not?

If the ECM review does not overturn the decision (which could happen in within 8 weeks) the full appeal timescale comes out to about six months for a decision at the FTT and then, if allowed, another 8 weeks for the request for the passport.


The appeal process flowcharts that are usually available on the UKVISA site are currently off-line so I can't cite a link to this information.
