Dear Forum Members,
My Tier 4 visa is expiring on Tuesday 30th August. I have appeared in Pearson Englsih Test on 18th August, usually results are available in 5 working days but today it is more than 7 working days but I haven't received my results. I have contacted Pearson Customer Support a number of times but they are saying my test is sent for external scoring and it can take up to 10 working days.
But my visa will expire on 30th August, Is it possible for experts to advice me on this matter as I am really worried what to do?
1. If I apply by post on 30th sending all documents without CAS (as college needs English test to issue CAS) and write a cover note explaining the situation and as soon as I will receive results sent along with CAS statement (less than 5 days). I have email records of communication with Pearson and proof that I have attempted the test.
or
2. Wait for English test results and apply with a CAS letter after the expiry of visa (I believe the late apply will be less than a week after the visa expiry)
I understand both options are not safe but if experts can give their best opinions.
I can not afford an out of country application as I have my husband as my dependent and if I will leave the country he wouldn't be able to apply with me.
Furthermore my college is highly trusted so when I will apply I can start my classes., my course is longer than 12 months.
I will appreciate your opinions.
