Change from Tier2 ICT to Tier1

Hi All,

I have come to the UK on a Tier2 ICT Short Term Visa for my project work. Is a change from Tier2 ICT short term to Tier1 possible?

Can anyone give me more information on whether it is possible and how to go about it?
