Thankyou....I applyed under spousal visa.... ILR SET M....as i am married to a UK Citizen, therefore i only had to wait the 2 year requirement to apply for perminant settlement........the waiting time differs quite abit from each case to case....normally though from what i have read on here the waiting time is usually 10 to 12 weeks from posting in application...i wish you all the best on a postive outcome and try to remain positive ok.....agin thankyou for your congratulations:)
