Visa refusal and question about bank statement

Post by clarks22 » Wed Sep 07, 2011 3:30 pm

I just got an email regarding a Tier 4 application stating the following:
Subject: Your Visa Application

Has been processed. Your documents will shortly be despatched. We want to hear your views on the service we provided...
It's worrying me because every singe successful case I read the wording of the email is different, stating that the visa "has been issued" instead of just processed. Maybe I'm being a bit paranoid...

The only reason I can find for a refusal is that they require the funds in the bank statements to be "consecutive 28 day period (finishing on the date of the closing balance) ending no more than 1 month before your application". My statements ended 1 month before I submitted my ONLINE application but were older than a month before they received the paper application with biometrics and other documents.

Would this be a sufficient reason to get refused the visa? Also, should I worry that the email doesn't mention it has been ISSUED?

I'm really nervous as I'm supposed to start my course in less than two weeks :(

Thanks in advance.

Yes.

You won't know the result until the documents reach you. No point in trying to interpret the outcome of your application from the email.

Hello, what happens finally? Because I received the same e-mail today and I don´t know what does it mean that it has been processed...
Did you get the VISA?
