Returning to England after 6months a general visitor

Post by paul123 » Mon Sep 12, 2011 12:28 am

My girlfriend from the usa as stayed with me for 6months in England and been supported my me .

She flew out to usa on time .

She applied for settlement as unmarried parnters from the usa and was refused due to us not spending 2 years togther.

Question is can she come back as a general visitor and stay another 6 months she as been out of the country for 3 weeks.

Thank you
Paul

She can try but she runs a very high risk of refusal.
