Post Study Work to Tier 2 General: Salary not met problem

Post by faysmax » Mon Sep 12, 2011 9:18 pm

Hello people,

I have been using this forum since I applied for PSW 2 years ago and I'm back again.

Here is the problem; my PSW is expiring in November. I am now working as a Graduate Electronics Engineer for 1 year plus. Well, the HR manager contacted me saying that the company won't be able to help with the COS as the minimum salary for Electronics Engineer is 30000+ pound per annum.

So what should I do now? They said I can't be put as a graduate as I am already working with them for 1 year plus. Can I still apply as a graduate position? The minimum salary for that is about 21000 pound per annum which is what I'm earning now.

Also, what other options do I have? Please help me guys. Thanks in advance

Any advice guys? Can I still apply as a graduate engineer which will bring down the minimum salary to 22000 pound per annum? I need some advice as my PSW is expiring soon. Thanks again!
