Please help! Tier 2 Salary Requirement

How is NEW GRADUATE defined? I have left uni for over a year now but have never applied for PSW visa. Can I apply from outside UK using the NEW GRADUATE minimum level of salary?

Please please help me please! I'm so screwed...

You must have been graduated within last 12 months if you want to be classified as 'new graduate'. It doesn't matter if its your first job or 10th job!

Source: a big employer who contacted UKBA directly for their opinion on the matter.
