Mode of sending documents for appeal -post or courier?

Post by sivakumarraju » Fri Sep 16, 2011 6:38 pm

Dear all,

1. I submitted an appeal in Chennai for Tier 1 dependent visa refusal(for insufficient funds). Could one of you please let me know whether a reply will be through courier or post. Just worried because posts are not properly delivered in our area.

2. Applied on 5th Sept - I would also like to know how much time it took recently for appeal responses.

Kind Regards
Shiv

It can take up to weeks to get a response from the tribunal. Was your appeal based on papers or you had an oral hearing.?

My determination was sent by post.
