Advice on evidence for "large deposits"

Post by stickman » Tue Sep 20, 2011 10:17 pm

Hello - Just a quick bit of advice needed as we are now very close for applying for fiancee visa...

I reently have obtained a bank loan for £10,000 and have used this to pay off all credit cards, student loans etc (just one simple monthly payment now!) To evidence this - i have included the original loan agreement letter and also originals of student loan statements, credit card statements which show they have now been paid off using this loan

In addition to this I have recently purchased a property and my parents provided me funding for solicitors fees and deposit - I have included a letter conforming this from my father, his passport cert copy and his original bank statement showing the payment from his account into mine, I have also included the solicitors letter and invoice confirming these fees

could somebody confirm that this would be sufficient evidence for these larger than normal deposits into my account?

Many Thanks in advance!

If everything is above board and you have evidnce to back it, tehn you have nothing to worry about. However you may need to explain this in application, so the ECO is aware of the circumstances
