Pleas please help "Student visa-Permanent parttime job

Hi,

I am on student visa and completed my course currently , I am offered job permanent part time where my hours would be restricted to 20 and employment would be confirmed only after seeing my performance after
6 months.I am going to apply for PSW in december or January, I am really in confusion as I dont know whether person on student visa can accept this kind of job , Please some body help with guidance , it is very urgent as I will loose job if not replied in 1 or 2 days.

Assuming your current (Tier 4 / student) leave is not one in which no employment is permitted (not even 20 hours during term time):

You can employ a student who is undertaking a course of degree level study or above, or a foundation degree course:
for up to 20 hours per week only during term time; or
full-time only outside of their term time i.e. during vacations and following completion of their course; and they must still have valid leave.

If you have immigration permission that extends for up to four months beyond the end of your studies, you can work full-time for that extra period once you have completed all your studies

I am in UK.I am not getting your post , What you want to suggest can you explain clearly? .I have finished my course , I can work temporary part time /full time for n number of hours but I am not sure of Permanent part time work for 20 hours under student visa . Please clearly answer on this .
