Waiting times after naturalisation application

Hi,
I applied for naturalization in July and received the confirmation letter on 30 July. I haven't heard anything since...
Is this normal?
If I call them, will they provide any information?

Very normal. Even though some people heard back in 6 weeks, the usual waiting time is around 3 to 4 months. Check the time lines in the sticky topics. You can call them but the common experience is that their responses were useless - "Computer says no"
