Hi All,
I'm really in need of your advice regarding family visitor visa. I'd like to invite my in-laws to the UK as my wife was pregnant her due date was 22/09/2011. But Our baby is no more. Now We both need family support specially my wife.
I also wants to tell you at present me and my wife both are not working from last 2 months.
1.Can any one tell me what documents should they required from my side ?
2.My mother in-laws not working. If she( in-laws) wants to apply on behalf of her son is that be OK. He is having regular income every month INR 86000
3. How much funds she need to show.
Also let me know if I can show my and her( wife (bank Bank Stmts. We have now around £ 1500 in our A/C.
Any help/advise will be much much appreciated. thanks

Your wife and you can sponsor partly i.e. Accomodation and Food. You both need to send a common invitation letter for sponsoring mother. Your (wife) bank statement for last 6 months, recent Utility bill and Council tax reciept. The purpose of both bill is to support you have accomodation for mother.
2.My mother in-laws not working. If she( in-laws) wants to apply on behalf of her son is that be OK. He is having regular income every month INR 86000
Yes, her son can sponsor partly. She can show payslip and Bank statement of her son's bank account. A letter from son saying he will bear the cost for mother's trip.
3. How much funds she need to show.
There is no definite amount. Its based on your own calculation: how many days she will stay in UK, rent, flight tickets, food and any other cost of living you think.
Also let me know if I can show my and her( wife (bank Bank Stmts. We have now around £ 1500 in our A/C.
Yes you can show.

I have used word 'party' because I am assuming you have enough space in accomodation and can bear the cost of her living. Otherwise, her son will have to show funds equivalent to cost of living required for her stay.
Others may may have their suggestions as well.
Best wishes.
