I would like to visit many countries in Europe as a Tour, and was wondering to visit some friends in London.

Thanks in Advance.

A 12 month ban would have been applied from the day you left the UK. You should be eligible to apply for a visa now if you can show your strong ties to home; things about your life that motivate your return. Frankly, if you are not settled in a steady job you will have difficulty proving that you don't intend to overstay again. Furthermore, any new application will certainly examine the circumstances of your previous residency in the UK will be subject to close scrutiny to see if there are any aggravating circumstances that, when cited in addition the overstay, can be used to apply a discretionary refusal under 320 11.
