migration report and marriage cert need to be apostilled?

My colombian husband will soon be making an app for a spouse visa to come to the uk, I am UK citizen, he is in colombia. We got married in colombia this summer, does our marrige cert also need an apostille before being translated? He will also be getting a migration report as he doesn't have his previous passport, does this need an apostille too, before translation?
