Visa Stamping for Child Born In UK

Hi all

Need some clarifications;

I am on Tier 1 visa and have 4 month old daughter,we have to go to India,so once child's passport is made:

1)Is there any maintainence of funds required for child visa,if yes,how much?
2)Which form is required to be filled in?
3)Is it advised to get visa from Uk or it can be done from VFS India as well?
3)What is the fee of this visa?

Many Thanks for prompt reply.

If child is travelling with us to country of citizenship,will absence of any visa on baby's passport create any problems at point of entry in country of citizenship.
