flr (M) application ...urgent help

ill send my application along with my partner set (m). ill fill ILR SET(O) )form. current i got student.but ill apply ilr set o long resedence 10 years bacs, i send my partner application as well with my application.

today ill recived letter from ukba they ask my partner required more docement.

husband passport they show indefinite leave to remain.

marriage certificate

documentry evdience of your husband indefinite leave to remain.

but i cant provide my passport because ill send my application to home office for ILR SET(O). LONG RESEDENCE BASE.
home office stell not deside my case.how can i provide my passport with indefinite leave on it.. ukba asking for my wife this doc??? plz help

The subject title states FLR(M) but the post states SET(M)! So, which form has your wife actually used to apply?

I think you should have send them a covering letter along with FLR(m) explaining your situation and request them to decide your dependents application after they decide yours.anyway you can do the same now.
