Getting an appoiment for premium service Tier 1 post study

Hi. I have being trying to get an appoiment to apply for Tier 1 post study work permit and it has being impposible. I have called and use online booking and nothing!!!! Could somebody give me a clue about how to do it. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can you expect to "get" an appointment when no slots are available at the time you were searching for one (online or through one).

The only clue is - keep trying!
