Tier 2 General: COS

I am currently on Tier 2 general visa. I am planing to join another employer.The new employer has issued me the CoS today. They have issued this CoS under Tier 2 (General -changes of Employment) category. is it correct in my case?
If not then does it need to be under "Tier 2 (general-Extension) or Tier 2 (General-New hires under £150,000)"?

Please advise.
