Expense reimbursement and salary paid by company in sameBACS

Hi,

Salary and expense reimbursement is paid in same BACS transaction by company. Hence Net salary and amount on bank statement does not match.

How this will affect Tier 1 (General) extension application and what can be done? Kindly guide.
