Dependentant Visa - Wife

Hello Every one

I am on ILR from last 1 year and i am planning to get married next month (arranged Marriage).
I am going to my country this month and going to see her and if everything is fine i will get married.

So whats the process for Dependentant Visa.
What documents do i need to take with me .
What about bank statements? How much money do i need to show.
Can i show it in Indian Bank account?
Where can she take the English exam?
Pls don't refer me to UKBA website, if you can advise pls answer my questions.
