EEA route and tax credit

Post by amazighman » Sun Nov 06, 2011 7:11 pm

hi everybody...

firstly thanks to all guys in this wonderful forum,,,,

i am a non EEA national, my wife is an EEA citizen, everything is fine, but once it comes to benefits am shaking in my boots, i really dont know if i can claim or no without that affects my right of residency...

i and my wife are working 30 hours a weeks each, but its quite hard for us to survive with bills......we would like to know if we can claim tax credit, am 25 yearsd old , but she is still 24.......

it is too compliacted, can we make a joint claim? am afraid that will show that my wife is a burden on state....

thanks a lots
