Question regarding hearing

Post by kmst10 » Mon Nov 07, 2011 6:45 pm

Is there any chance that the Home Office can take back/revert a visa that has been granted to an applicant? I will be going for a hearing soon and will be referring to my friend's application (in which he submitted the exact same documents that I did but his got approved and mine refused) as an argument. I am however worried that this will sabotage or affect his visa/future applications. Does anyone know any laws/rights which prevent them from doing so?
