Tier2 Dependant to PSW visa

hi all,

iam currently on work permit visa and my wife on work permit dependant since 2008. she recently finished Msc course and eligible for PSW visa. iam applying for ILR end of next year will there be any problem in getting ILR for my wife if she switches from Tier2 dependant to PSW. your help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If she changes to Tier 1 (PSW) then she will not eligible for settlement.
