Permanent working on Tier 4 visa after graduation

Hi,
I have got a permanent role in a medium sized UK based company and have graduated from one of the top 25 Universities in the world based in Scotland. I have already applied for a PSW Tier 1 visa but it might still take 4 weeks to get it. Could someone please tell me what if I accept a full-time permanent offer (on a probation for 3 months) immediately and can work with this tier 4 students visa? Because the contract does not say it is a permanent job unless I work successfully in my probation period.
The tier 4 visa allows us to work full-time in coontract jobs but not permanent jobs.

Legally, you cannot do permanent full-time job on Tier-4 visa in any circumstances.

Also, there is a big difference in 'working on contract' and 'working on probationery period' especially when its leading to a permanent role.
