SAP Job Offer In Melbourne, Australia

Hi,

I have just got a job offer from one of the consulting company in Australia.
The consulting company is CSC. I am working as a SAP consultant for SAP Enterprise Portal. They are paying me like A$100,000 (base + Super +insurance). The job is based in Melbourne, Vic. Is this offer attractive? I am very concern about the high taxation rate in Australia. I am thinking of going there first and then followed by my wife and 2 children. Currently, I am living in Singapore and I have never really work overseas.

Anybody got any advice on this?
