Thanks god I have got my ILR,
Went personally today, with all the required documents,
- ILR Application (Set 0)
- Passports
- 2 years address proofs
-5 year P65
-3 months Payslips and Bank statements
-photos, marrage certificate and child birth certificates
Case worker was very friendly, I was a bit tension mood as my company's licence was suspended,
So my case proves that work permit holders are not affected for their ILR even their companies Licence is under suspension,
Case worker checked all my documents, and asked for the holidays, I don't have any trips more than 30 days, and the current employment letter,
then my WP's and passports, and also asked my Payslips and bank statements, he asked my pay and all, its above the SOC codes, then he went and came back with a magic word,
and Got my ILR,

Got Work permit (General category) on 18th of Dec-2006, I have changed my employer in 2008 April, there is no gaps between the employment,
I have booked my appointment for 21st –Nov-11 at Croydon office, Now my employer told me that he received a letter from Home office stating that they are coming for inspection next week (To validate the sponsor license) He asked to wait for the inspection outcome,
I’m really in very tension situation and need advice,
What if they gave negative rank to the company means I don’t get my ILR, Though I got my WP on the old rules at that time there is no Sponsor certificate or License certificate,
Please advice my options

Dear Experts,
I was told by my Employer that HO has suspended his License (Decision pending for Review), Hence he told me not to apply ILR until the licence,
But I have got WP as per the Old rules, (Like when I got WP in 2008 there was no Point system)
Please please advice my options
A.) Can I risk and apply for ILR
B.) Can I wait for employer's licence,
and What if the HO cancels employers licence in that case do I need to leave the country
or
If they down grade from A to B in that case can I apply for ILR
Please please advice, I'm very confused and deppressed,
