Second Tier 1 Extension

Post by srirags » Sat Nov 19, 2011 6:41 pm

Hi,
Based on the 28 days grase period for ILR calculation, I'll be able to apply for my ILR on very last day of my visa expiry.

So I've decided to go for one more extension to avoid last minute tension. If I go for one more extension, will I be able to apply for my ILR as before? i.e. on the last date of the first tier 1 extension expiry

Can any senior advise me if there is any problem in going for one more extension? I've gone through all the ILR forms and guidance and it didn't mention anything about it.

Thanks

Why would ILR forms and guidance have information about PBS extension? Under current rules, you may apply for as many extensions as you want.

Why do you want to waste money on an extension when you have 2 days to apply for settlement. Perhaps, the tension you anticipate has no valid reason.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
